These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Commentions (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Commentions is an automation tool that uses AI to write and publish human-sounding comments on YouTube videos from the channels you connect, based on the keywords and settings you configure.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, illegal content, or anything that violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
You are responsible for the YouTube accounts you connect and for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service. We apply per-account safety quotas and randomized delays to reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee against platform actions and are not liable for them.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice for upcoming billing periods.
You can cancel anytime in one click from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions — contact us within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.
The Service, its branding and software are owned by Commentions. The comments generated for your campaigns are yours to use. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, placements, traffic, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commentions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commentions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
